Was this fake promise or even lie?

This becomes: boring, sick....everything but normal.

Every post (no matter of what kind), image (when includes link), everything with link they are marking as spam. 

Are you doing this manually? I don't think so! So you are using some program, automatic detection...robot to mark it automatically. You are robot Facebook!!!!!

And you are checking us if we are robots, by requesting from us to fill captcha.

Anything you wish to share, you need to fill famous captcha.

O yes, you can temporarily avoid to mark your post as spam...of course: 

IF YOU PAY ADVERTISING TO FACEBOOK.
GREAT!

On the other hand, for a long time so far, you can get in your inbox messages like this, and they are still coming: 

"Hello dear, my name is Xyxyxy, i saw your profile image or some image here, and I would very much like to be your friend. You look wonderful, I found you interesting. Please contact me on my e-mail in (for example) yahoo (or any other) I will send you some of my pictures......"

This you should taking care of Facebook. This is on the border of pornography.

BUT YOU CAN'T EARN MONEY ON THIS?!?!?!

Tell me, which websites you do not wish to see on Facebook: one, some or all? How many fan pages are following those websites? How many your users are playing games those websites are following and posting about? How many groups are opened for those games? How many users are on Facebook just for playing one, two or more games? How many of them you closed already? How many of them you will in the future? Which way you are using to checking if someone has one, two or more profiles on Facebook? Mobiles or ID-s? Recognizing images of their friends? And by what system you choose users you wish to control if they are real  - by automatic detection, by robot system. 

This is what i think you should do.
Put announcement: FROM TODAY FACEBOOK IS INTENDED ONLY TO CONNECT YOU WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, IF YOU OPEN ACCOUNT FOR PLAYING AND WE (FACEBOOK) FOUND ANY GAME POST ON YOUR TIMELINE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CLOSED.

This should be fair. But on the other hand: YOU CAN'T EARN MONEY THAT WAY, CAN YOU?

You need that users, and you need more and more of them, because you are feeding with that, filling your wallets.

SO THEN YOU ARE ALL SICK THERE, starting with head and lower.
